SEN Teaching Assistant

We are working with an award-winning education provider in Somerset to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The role is term-time only, covering 39 weeks per year.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils on the Autistic spectrum and a proven track record of delivering high-quality education, care, and preparation for all students. Key responsibilities include contributing to whole-school planning, delivering the curriculum through the environment, and lesson planning with objectives to contribute to learning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of working with children in an educational setting
* Experience working with young people with special education needs or additional learning difficulties
* A good level of Maths and English
* Level 3 in supporting teaching and learning in schools is an advantage
* Higher level Teaching Assistant (TA4 / HLTA) is desirable
