Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and assurance of Maintenance Derivation and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) outputs.

Salary: £70,900 per annum, paid on an hourly rate basis (£70.90ph Umbrella).

The role is based in the UK with occasional site visits required to Barrow.

This contract length is 12 months.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Engineering Lead to join our team and take ownership of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, developing project plans and resource allocation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering activities, including software development, testing, and deployment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, risk management plans, and resource allocation strategies
