**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced District Health Visiting Manager to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
This role involves providing clinical and professional leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care for children and families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health visiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of Health Visitors to deliver high-quality care services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide clinical leadership and support to team members
We offer a competitive salary of £56,061 - £62,786 per annum, plus benefits including an NHS pension, corporate iHV membership, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
