Recovery Support Specialist

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a dedicated individual to provide direct emotional wellbeing and practical support to individuals. As a Recovery Coach, you will work with people to identify their strengths, issues, and goals, encouraging them to recognise and use their existing strengths.
You will be responsible for assessing individuals' strengths and needs, linking them with meaningful supports within their community. With a focus on recovery-focused interventions, you will support people to develop skills and positive support networks towards living an independent life.
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting individuals towards recovery. You will also benefit from a range of employee benefits, including 30 days annual leave and two paid wellbeing days off per year.
