Our property industry client is seeking an efficient Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role.

This successful candidate must demonstrate high organisation skills, be a confident communicator, and possess the ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with sensitive data, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring all rentals administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

Competency in Microsoft skills - Outlook, Word & Excel is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating between tenants and inventory clerks
  • Assisting with new lettings and renewal paperwork
  • Liaising with tenants and service desk regarding repairs / maintenance
  • Coordinating lettings management functions i.e. inspections, tenant admin, EPC etc
  • Preparing general correspondence, template documents and letters
  • Maintaining detailed records of checkouts, inspections and deposits
  • Handling disputes regarding deposit returns & resolutions
  • Preparing new tenancy agreements
  • Tenant referencing
  • Arranging property keys for relevant parties
  • Assisting in setting up meeting rooms
  • Providing cover for reception, Office Manager and PA's during holidays or busy periods

Salary: Up to £28k (estimated). The ideal location for this role is West End.

This is a full-time position with various benefits offered by Joyce Guiness Limited.
