Nursery Overview
Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
- Contribute to a positive and safe environment in the nursery.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
