Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SHE Advisor to ensure all site-based construction activities delivered by our principal contractors are safely managed in accordance with Legal Safety requirements and National Grid policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Legal Safety requirements and National Grid policies and procedures
  • Work alongside established SHE professionals and site-based Project Supervisors
  • Assign local projects and minimize travel to achieve a better work-life balance
  • Travel across the region to live construction projects as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in H&S practice and/or Environmental management UK recognized
  • Proven track record in electricity (or comparable) construction industry
  • Good understanding of CDM regulations
  • Awareness of Project, Contract, and Stakeholder management and client representative experience
  • Full driving license is essential
