About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Therapist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Family Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based systemic psychotherapy services to adult community and inpatients, their families, carers, and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to the Family Consultation services in the Borough.
  • Provide specialist systemic assessment and therapy to families of patients.
  • Provide specialist advice and consultation regarding assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to teams, external agencies, working autonomously within professional guidelines.
  • Provide specialist consultation to other professionals looking to increase their expertise in systemic psychotherapy.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of the service and contribute to its development and implementation.

Person Specification

  • 2+ years experience working as a Family Therapist.
  • Relevant qualification as Family Therapist.
  • Experience working with complex presentations.
