Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Four Squared. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to advance their career in B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and build relationships within key markets.
  • Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Provide expert advice on marketing initiatives, conduct market analysis, and update content to drive business growth.
  • Curate and produce engaging content for various channels, including email, social media, and brochures.
  • Manage a marketing executive, providing leadership and mentorship to drive team success.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance to drive continuous improvement and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of converting technical content into compelling copy.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and HTML email platforms.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in marketing or CIM qualification preferred; relevant experience is also considered.
  • Experience in professional services, particularly in accountancy, is desirable.
