Care Assistant Job Summary:

As a Care Assistant with Cera Care, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be passionate about delivering exceptional care.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and managing medications
  • Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
  • Offer companionship and reassurance to our clients

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour on weekdays and £13 on weekends, plus benefits such as holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, and uniform provided. You will also receive paid mileage at 45p per mile.
