Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Academy Site Manager to oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure efficient, quality work in line with project specifications.

  • Site Management: The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site is well-organized and meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise on-site workforce, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project milestones.
  • Quality Control: Inspect all work to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with construction codes and client specifications.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
  • Organize materials and equipment delivery to prevent delays and maintain efficient site operations.
