We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out the service and maintenance of electrical services equipment and systems at our client\u2019s premises in Edinburgh City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day operations, planned maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical services equipment and systems.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and testing of electrical services equipment and systems.
  • Use and operate a PDA system integrated with a CAFM system to ensure the flow of information is returned within deadlines.
  • Implement planned preventative maintenance and associated work efficiently to specified requirements.
  • Communicate necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance, and technical information required.
  • Liaise and work with Specialist Contractors as required.
Requirements
  • Industry recognised training apprenticeship, BS 7671 Edition.
  • Post apprenticeship experience working in an FM environment.
  • Able to diagnose faults and put forward and complete appropriate rectification measures.
  • Able to establish necessary parts/plant/materials necessary for completion of tasks.
  • Flexible attitude to work individually and working as part of a team.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Confidence in communication with clients and senior managers.
Salary and Benefits
