About the Role

As an Assistant Finance Controller at Tribe Manchester Airport, you will prepare monthly management accounts, oversee sales ledgers, participate in hotel forecasting processes, and support the budgeting process. Your responsibilities will include compiling a monthly cash flow forecast, monitoring bank transactions, and attending Owner and Management Company meetings as required.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You'll possess a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong understanding of financial analysis, including the ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed financial reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.
  • Hotel experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders while collaborating with other departments and providing guidance to staff members.
  • You will have strong leadership and management skills, able to lead a team of financial professionals, set financial goals and objectives, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. You'll also be comfortable providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
What We Offer
