We are a well-established Automotive Service Provider, Rubber Duck Cars, seeking a skilled and dedicated Motor Vehicle Specialist to join our team in Batley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship in our garage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers' vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with our service team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to our quality control procedures.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as diagnostics, hybrid, and electric vehicle technology.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology and a valid full driving license.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach and a positive attitude, with a commitment to achieving complete customer satisfaction.
- Be willing to work a 40-hour week, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, paid as overtime.
