\tWe are seeking an exceptional Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our recognised Residential Property team based in Leicester.
\tOur client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 2+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters, who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.
\tAs a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property.
\tYou will also be responsible for carrying out lease extensions and auction transactions, managing and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducers, and complying with all internal and external audits.
\tIn addition, you will be required to share information and best practice with colleagues wherever possible, follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
