Job Title: Sr. Controls Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Controls Engineer to join our team at CSG Talent. As a key member of our robotics and automation department, you will be responsible for designing and integrating motion control systems with robotics in manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of motion control systems with robotics in manufacturing settings, focusing on high-quality, long-lasting solutions.
  • Work closely with the co-owner, Mark, to transition into a senior role with the potential to take on project ownership over the next year.
  • Collaborate with a team of Controls Engineers, Mechanical Designers, and Project Managers to design and commission projects.
  • Direct input in shaping projects from start to finish, including mentoring an apprentice as part of our commitment to developing talent.
