As a key member of our team, you will work on a hybrid model, with three days spent in our London office, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies to drive significant improvements in conversion rates and key KPIs.
  • Own and manage A/B test and learn programs, overseeing the technical delivery of tests and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Plan and implement a CRO strategy that aligns with business objectives, leveraging UX research and advanced web performance analytics.
  • Utilize CRO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar, to gather actionable insights and inform optimization efforts.
  • Manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies and decisions, showcasing expertise in CRO and analytics.
  • Organize and lead CRO workshops, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to drive collaborative problem-solving.
  • Assume a client-facing role, working closely with the Account Management team to lead communication for CRO-related workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Proven CRO professional with the ability to work efficiently with CRO tools and effectively communicate with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and intuitive, with the capacity to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a digital agency, ideally with a focus on hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
