Are you a recent graduate or looking to gain valuable experience in the education sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across Hook, starting in September 2024. This role offers a fantastic chance to build experience in a dynamic classroom environment and explore different subjects and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4 (ages 11-16)
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Gain exposure to different year groups and subjects, making each day diverse and engaging
  • Become part of the school community by working closely with staff and students
What We're Looking For:
  • Recent graduates looking for classroom experience
  • Unqualified teachers or experienced LSAs ready for a new challenge
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for working with young people
  • Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
