VAT Associate Director - M&A Team

Bristol

Pro-Tax is seeking a dynamic and driven VAT Associate Director to join their expanding team, with a specific focus on M&A. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a fantastic Transactions VAT Director, playing a key role in the delivery of complex and interesting tax projects.

About the Role:

As a VAT Associate Director, you will be a vital part of the team, responsible for managing a diverse range of transactions and VAT-related projects. You will:

  • Conduct indirect tax due diligence, identifying VAT risks and making commercial recommendations for both buyers and sellers.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through effective delegation, on-the-job coaching, and formal feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the Transactions VAT Director to support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client relationship building.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and in the office, providing a balanced work-life environment.
