About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Teaching Assistant to join our Autism base team. The successful candidate will assist pupils with daily curriculum tasks, work alongside teachers to deliver lessons, and support the development of life skills such as cooking, finance, and arts/crafts.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs and experience working with Autism, either personally or professionally.
  • You will be flexible, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to adapt to different situations throughout the day.
  • You will be confident in offering interventions and teaching classes in teachers' absence, and able to work with challenging behavior.
