Position: Sales Manager (Coffee)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Field Sales Team, covering the South East London region. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities, developing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying new opportunities and developing existing relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer needs
  • Conduct regular coffee audits and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the coffee industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the coffee industry, including coffee quality, equipment, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
