## Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our passionate and motivated team in Northallerton & Thirsk. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.
## Key Responsibilities
* Support individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation
* Promote social inclusion through community activities, hobbies, and interests
* Assist with life skills, such as shopping, money management, and accessing community resources
* Deliver individual support plans and work collaboratively with the team to achieve set goals
## Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.05 per hour (£12.95 per hour for night shifts) plus additional pay for weekend work. ## Requirements
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support to help you become an excellent Support Worker. However, you will need to possess essential values such as kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
