About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team as a Brand Packaging Specialist. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and informative packshots for products, reflecting our brand's new design guidelines and effectively communicating product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create preliminary visual concepts for product launches, campaigns, and other brand initiatives that align with our brand's guidelines and creative vision.
  2. Design visually appealing and informative packshots for products, reflecting our brand's new design guidelines and effectively communicating product features.
  3. Elevate the quality of presentations by adding design elements, graphics, and illustrations to create engaging and professional materials.
  4. Adapt existing designs and assets for various channels and formats, maintaining consistency across all materials.
  5. Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines, remaining flexible and adaptable to changes in project requirements.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team, receiving feedback and iterating on designs promptly to ensure quick turnaround and alignment with project network timings.
  7. Ensure all design work follows the brand's visual guidelines, maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all materials.
  8. Collaborate with the brand marketing team and other designers to develop ideas and contribute to a cohesive design strategy.
  9. Develop a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling, with the ability to produce fresh and innovative design ideas.
  10. Experience using 3D software to optimize designs is beneficial but not essential.
