Key Responsibilities:

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

* Communicating, negotiating, and procuring sub-contractors and supply chain partners
* Advising the project team on contractual issues
* Ensuring commercial compliance of current conditions of contracts, protecting the position of the company
* Upward and down-chain reporting to senior management and wider project team, ensuring they are aware of the position of the contract

They will also assist with preparing monthly financial statements of anticipated Final Accounts detailing status of variations, in conjunction with project management and senior management. Additionally, they will manage budgets, equipment, contracts, and all aspects of project delivery.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000+ per annum, plus a range of benefits including a fuel card, company phone, life assurance policy, 28 days annual leave, and a bonus/rewards scheme.
