We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen crew at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. As a Back of House team member, you'll play a crucial role in crafting our signature dishes and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Assist with preparing ingredients, ensuring all food is fresh and properly stored.
  • Grill Support: Help our grill chefs by preparing ingredients, managing orders, and maintaining a smooth service flow.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by following food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels to ensure we're always ready for service.
  • Quality Assurance: Help ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
