**About the Role**
James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Business Partner to join our team. As a Junior Business Partner, you will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, holding regular reviews to review their people, and working with other teams within the People function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to discuss their people strategy and provide guidance on talent development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with other teams within the People function to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Support the development of talent reviews and succession plans for key roles.
- Manage employee relations cases, including complex cases, and provide guidance on employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Support the upskilling of managers and contribute to the development of employee relations policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, with a strong understanding of business operations and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
