The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and further develop your career in our Built Environment Division. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates at the management/board level, working with Hiring Managers and candidates in middle management, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates via phone calls and face-to-face meetings to gain a sound understanding of their business, recruitment requirements, and culture
  • Networking, interviewing, sourcing, and screening candidates
  • Registering and advertising vacancies and managing the full end-to-end hiring process with a breadth of warm clients
  • Developing new business opportunities and pushing to expand our client base
Requirements
  • Proven recruitment experience (minimum 3 years in an end-to-end recruitment role)
  • High-performing track record in an agency environment, with a keen focus on maximizing returns
  • Strong academic profile, with ambition, high gravitas, and confidence to engage with senior professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high work ethic, and drive, with motivation to work autonomously and achieve business goals
