About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Elior. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas of responsibility are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
  • Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, in line with our procedures.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and any incidents are reported in accordance with our procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Catering experience is desirable.
