Nurse Seekers Job Opportunity: Child Development Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at Nurse Seekers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting children's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met.
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that prioritize child safety and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- A valid first aid certificate.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and protocols.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Proven experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Familiarity with the EYFS framework.
Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
