Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Agents: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development plans to improve performance.
  • Conduct 1-2-1 sessions: Meet with Agents to discuss performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Drive results: Create a high-energy environment to drive optimum results by engaging the team, using team meetings, and incentives.
  • Track and report performance: Complete and update weekly and monthly trackers, dashboards, and reporting on business unit performance.
  • Stay up-to-date: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and processes, as well as insurance industry best practices and competitor activity.
  • Communicate effectively: Uphold a positive, supportive, and engaging leadership style when communicating and rolling out changes or driving new initiatives.
  • Contribute to team success: Contribute positively to the team and success of the company.
