We're Welsh Water, a not-for-profit company dedicated to bringing Wales to life. We're seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Water Assets and Capital Engineering Team.

This role offers the chance to work on capital investment projects, ensuring that installations are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet cost and quality requirements. You'll provide engineering support to the business for planned and reactive projects and have the opportunity to travel around Wales as needed.

As part of our graduate scheme, you'll receive training and development sessions to enhance your presentation skills, effective team working, resilience, personal branding, time management, problem-solving, and managing difficult conversations. You'll also work on various projects with your fellow graduates to develop your interpersonal and leadership skills.
