About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Bournemouth. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the standards of Regulatory Compliance are managed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Head of Compliance in their absence
  • Review and maintain Compliance procedures under their jurisdiction
  • Carry out internal and external audits as required by the Audit Programme
  • Assist the Head of Compliance in controlling 3rd Party Sub Contractors
  • Assist the Head of Compliance in continuation training needs for all engineering staff
  • Issue authorisations as appropriate to suitably qualified and competent persons
  • Assist the Head of Compliance in promoting good practice across all Gama engineering activities
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within Compliance / Compliance Assurance, preferably in an aerospace organisation
  • Flexible individual with the ability to adapt to the needs of the organisation
  • Understanding of other regulatory standards such as Part 21
  • Conversant with ISO9001 or a similar Compliance Standard
