About the Role
As a Minibus Driver for Carebase, you will be responsible for the safety and comfort of our residents when driving them to their destinations. You will carry out daily safety and cleaning checks of the vehicle and report any issues to the home manager. You will interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you'll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident's dignity at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- You must have a full, clean drivers' licence and clean criminal record – you will be driving a car and a minibus, D1 license is beneficial but not essential
- You'll complete all relevant paperwork and fill in log sheets as required on a daily basis.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun. For most of the roles in our vibrant care home, you don't need specific qualifications or experience to be successful as full training is provided.
