Job Title: Children and Families Coordinator

PACT (Prison Advice and Care Trust) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children and Families Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Mentoring team, you will work across prisons in London, collaborating with Integrated Offender Management (IOM) to support individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support People on Probation with a caseload of service users, helping them achieve their needs and goals.
  • Contribute to planning and development of service users' success, utilizing your knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
  • Provide practical and emotional support to prisoners' children and families, as well as those who have resettled back into the community.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of working with vulnerable adults in challenging environments.
  • Ability to contribute to planning and development of service users' success.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
