Investment Performance and Reporting Specialist

Job Summary:

Mercer's Delegated Investment Solutions is seeking an experienced investment performance and reporting professional to join its International Client Content and Performance Delivery Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, analytical abilities, and experience with investment performance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Client Content and Performance Group to develop a deep understanding of Mercer's investment solution reporting capabilities.
  • Oversight of the offshore team operations, including monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as an escalation point for queries from the offshore team and the business.
  • Maintain and enhance the current error and change management processes.
  • Ensure that checklist and guidelines used by the offshore team are fit for purpose.
  • Be aware of any regulatory requirements that govern performance reporting.
  • Work with the offshore team on training plans.
  • Oversight of factsheet production.
  • Coordinate day-to-day reporting obligations.
