Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Service Administrator to join our team. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking various administrative duties to support the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with the service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive trade or a related field.
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits:
