Estimating and Commercial Lead

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager or Commercial Manager with a background in the M&E or Facilities Management sector to join our team at IronMarket Talent.

As an Estimating and Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on estimating and commercial matters to our clients. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement estimating and commercial strategies to ensure the success of our projects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on estimating and commercial matters to our clients and project teams
  • Work closely with our project teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure the success of our projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimating Manager or Commercial Manager in the M&E or Facilities Management sector
  • Strong knowledge of estimating and commercial principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
