This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy firm as a Lead Civil Engineer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery of civil engineering designs, leading business development, and managing relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical delivery of civil engineering designs, ensuring all necessary technical governance.
  • Lead and support business development, including bidding and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Manage and develop the civil engineering team.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders, coordinating with other disciplines.
  • Take financial responsibility for civil fees on projects under leadership.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
