Site Manager for Cladding Project

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a cladding project in Bodmin. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.

The role will involve managing a team of 8 people who will be installing rainscreen cladding, completing brickwork and industrial roofing and cladding. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with the client and contracts manager to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 8 people
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
  • Liaise with client and contracts manager
  • Manage project schedule and budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSSTS and 1st Aid
  • Experience in supervising teams
  • Excellent communication skills
