About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join our reputable electrical compliance team at Snowdon Recruitment.

As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for performing EICRs on commercial and industrial sites, identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations, including BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.
  • Excellent inspection and reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to clients.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Basic salary: £46,500 per annum.
  • Daily bonus scheme available.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • 31 days holiday, pension, and all tools provided.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 / Gold Card City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing.
  • Minimum of three years commercial/industrial testing experience.
  • 18th Edition In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes.
