We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts for multiple entities within the group, working closely with on-site finance contacts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial accounts for multiple entities within the group, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Work closely with on-site finance contacts to resolve any queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts, including finance colleagues and suppliers.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and variance analysis.
- Utilize Excel and integrated systems to provide robust financial reporting and analysis.
- Steady and current track record as a Management Accountant, with experience in month-end routines.
- Strong Excel and IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Personable and team-orientated approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional qualifications, such as ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience.
