About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to lead our individual giving campaigns from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase supporter engagement and maximise returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of our giving campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to increase supporter engagement and donations.
  • Manage a small team of two, providing guidance and support to ensure a motivated and productive working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
