## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Specialist to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our property and construction consultancy, you will provide mechanical engineering support to our practice, leveraging your expertise in the built environment to drive project success.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide mechanical engineering expertise to support project delivery, including design and project management responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team to develop cost-effective solutions and ensure projects are completed to a high technical standard, on time and on budget
* Work closely with clients to establish project briefs and budget costs, and project manage site works from commencement to completion
* Select and specify appropriate plant and equipment to develop mechanical plantroom configurations

## Requirements

* BSc or MSc in Engineering
* Familiarity with relevant legislation, codes of practice, CIBSE guides, building regulations, and best practice
* Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
