We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our successful residential Lettings team in Rugby. Key Responsibilities:

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and motivate your team to exceed performance and targets.

Requirements:
  • Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
