Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our progressive legal team in Ledbury. As a Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation strategies.
  2. Provide sensitive and professional support to clients dealing with bereavement and estate matters.
  3. Work closely with our wider legal team to deliver a seamless client experience.
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with a background in Wills, Probate, and handling LPAs. You should have proven technical expertise in drafting legal documents and navigating the probate process.
