Property Maintenance Manager Job Description

TXM Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to join our team in Knightsbridge, London. As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing maintenance teams, coordinating property refurbishment and building works, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing a safe and compliant environment, adhering to all regulations across all trades, and ensuring that all maintenance works are allocated to team supervisors and completed to a satisfactory standard and within a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate property refurbishment and building works
  • Supervise and manage maintenance teams
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Manage a safe and compliant environment
  • Coordinate and allocate maintenance works to team supervisors
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts
  • Develop and implement a maintenance strategy
  • Assist with team projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property maintenance management
  • Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce written reports, plans, and operational procedures
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in luxury private properties
