Key responsibilities of the Senior Construction Solicitor include:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contractual documentation relating to Construction Law, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements NEC, and FIDIC.
  • Stakeholder Management: Working with high-profile internal and external stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Procurement Support: Collaborating with the procurement team on commercial projects.
  • Litigation Assistance: Assisting with small-value litigation claims.

For this role, we are seeking a candidate with strong experience gained working within the construction/engineering sector, either in-house or within Private Practice. A competitive salary of £80,000 is offered, reflecting the complexity of the project and the candidate's expertise.
