About the Job

This newly created position will see you working closely with Senior Business Leaders to understand issues and deliver relevant MI, insights, and recommendations. You will need experience gained within a Reward focussed role, along with strong data analysis skills and proven experience in designing and developing reward structures up to Senior Management/Executive level.

You will be responsible for delivering market data matching and results insights, supporting broader Reward projects, and developing efficient end-to-end processes that are compliant and deliver against business needs.
