At The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Physiologist to join our Neurophysiology department. This exciting opportunity is available in the Merseyside area and offers a range of Neurophysiology investigations on and offsite.

The successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of EEG, including routine, sleep deprived, activation, portable, and ITU EEG recordings. They must also demonstrate competency in long-term monitoring (ambulatory EEG and video telemetry EEG) and have experience in performing evoked potential recordings (VEP, BAEP, and SSEP) and nerve conduction studies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can contribute towards training clinical physiologists for Manchester Metropolitan University and participate in our active multi-disciplinary clinical audit programme. The post holder must be registered with the Academy of Healthcare Science formerly RCCP.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ambulatory EEG and video telemetry, as well as all aspects of routine EEGs
  • NCS and EPs
