Mergers and Acquisitions Executive

We are seeking an experienced MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS EXECUTIVE to join our team of transaction advisers at K3 Capital Group plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, researching potential acquirers, negotiating offers and complex deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including corporate finance deals, mergers and acquisitions, and business sales. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in business, management, administration, or finance-related subjects and experience in financial services or business and finance. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 + Commission, plus additional benefits, including team nights, incentives, and opportunities for career progression.
